Fondé en 2008, le Groupe Barroco est animé par une passion pour la gastronomie, les cocktails, la musique, le vin, le design et les bons moments. Avec 3 restaurants (Barroco, Foiegwa, Trattoria Fugazzi), 4 comptoirs à pizza (Fugazzi Presto), 3 bars à cocktails (Atwater Cocktail Club, Milky Way, Bon Délire) et 1 cuisine centrale, soutenus par le bureau chef, notre objectif est d'innover constamment et de créer des espaces pour répandre notre amour de l'hospitalité.

Situé au cœur de Saint-Henri, Le Bon Délire est un bar rétro et éclectique qui vous transporte directement dans les années 90. Entre néons colorés, billard au tapis léopard et ambiance festive, c’est l’endroit idéal pour vivre des soirées décontractées entre amis. On y sert cocktails créatifs, slush alcoolisées et bonne bouffe, que ce soit pour un verre après le travail, une partie de billard ou une fête qui se prolonge jusqu’aux petites heures du matin. Notre équipe valorise le plaisir de partager des moments conviviaux et déjantés, dans un cadre unique et sans prétention.

Le Bar Bon Délire recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Gérant(e) bilingue avec plusieurs années d'expérience en salle ayant une expertise pour le monde du bar et du cocktail pour rejoindre notre équipe. Si vous croyez être un candidat motivé, qui désire évoluer dans une équipe de travail jeune et dynamique et contribuer au développement du groupe, nous aimerions vous rencontrer.

Type d'emploi:
Temps-pleins - 2 open et 2 close (jusqu'à 4:30am environ).

Salaire:
16$/h + environ 35$/h de tips

Description des tâches:

Effectuer la mise en place : organiser, nettoyer et vérifier les aires de service, superviser les employés et l’ouverture de l'établissement.
S’assurer d’offrir un bon service à la clientèle : accueillir les clients, leur expliquer les menus cocktails et nourriture ainsi que les spéciaux, prendre les commandes, servir les clients, percevoir et traiter les paiements.
Supervision de l’établissement et des équipes : supervision des lumières et de la musique, des activités de la salle et du bar, de la communication entre les équipes.
Participer à la fermeture de l’établissement : effectuer le rangement et l’entretien des aires de travail, refaire la mise en place de la salle, balancer et fermer la caisse.
Tâches administratives diverses.
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe au besoin

Compétences requises:

3-4 ans d’expérience en service de bar;
1 an dans un poste de gestion similaire.

Bon Delire Bar is looking for a bilingual Assistant Manager with several years of experience in FOH with an expertise in bar and cocktails to join our team. If you want to be part of a motivated team and you have a desire to grow with a young and passionate team, we would love to meet you.

Employment type:
Full-time, 2 open and 2 close (to 4:30am ish).

Salary:
16$/h + approx. 35$/h tips

Job description:

Set up: organize, clean and check service areas, supervise employees and the opening of the establishment.
Ensure good customer service: greet customers, explain cocktail and food menus and specials, take orders, serve customers, collect and process payments.
Supervision of the establishment and the teams: supervision of lights and music, room and bar activities, communication between the team.
Participate in the closing of the establishment: carry out the storage and maintenance of the work areas, redo the setting up of the room, balance and close the cash register.
Admin tasks.
Perform any other related task as needed

Required experience:

3-4 years experience in service bartending;
1 year of experience in a similar managing position.
