Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to fabricate precision parts according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various materials. The CNC Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Duties

Operate CNC milling machines and other related equipment to produce high-quality components.
Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to determine machining specifications.
Set up and adjust machine tools for optimal performance.
Conduct quality control checks using calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
Assemble finished products as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Fabricate components from raw materials while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and CAD software.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and techniques.
Familiarity with milling machines and CNC programming is essential.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
FUSION 360CAM is must
