About Wellness Vision

Wellness Vision is a women's health and wellness coaching practice launching in Toronto, serving women virtually across Canada.

Most coaching provides behaviour change support. Wellness Vision adds the layer of health literacy. Founded by Aastha Visen, who brings a medical degree (MD) and board-certified coaching training (NBC-HWC) into one space. Aastha brings the knowledge of why the body responds the way it does, and guides clients to build the practical structure to actually change it.

All programs are delivered through the RESTORE Method by Aastha Visen™: a structured, seven-step, evidence-informed framework for nervous system regulation and capacity restoration. Wellness Vision operates within the NBHWC Scope of Practice. All services are health and wellness coaching services, not medical or clinical services.

We are currently in beta and building our founding partner network now, before we open fully.

About the Role

This is a referral and collaboration partnership for wellness practitioners who work with women, or who are actively building toward that.

We have three tiers. You do not need an established client base to apply.

TIER 1: Active Referral Partner (Etablished practitioners with a consistent client base)

You regularly see women navigating burnout, overwhelm, and nervous system strain. You recognize the moment when what they need sits beyond your modality, and you want a credentialed, trustworthy destination to send them.

What this involves:

→ Warm personal referrals when it is genuinely right for your client

→ Competitive referral compensation agreed on our first call

→ Reciprocal referrals from Wellness Vision to your practice

→ Jane App platform access for your own scheduling and client management (offered to long-term partners as a practice management benefit)

→ Co-promotion in Wellness Vision communications

→ Optional co-hosted workshops with shared costs, shared audience

TIER 2: Network Partner (Newly certified, part-time, or transitioning practitioners)

Competitive referral compensation, co-promotion, and a clear pathway to Tier 1 as your practice grows. Apply and let's talk.

TIER 3: Student or Pre-Launch Partner (Practitioners completing training or preparing to launch)

Who We Are Looking For (All Tiers) :

✔ Personal trainers and Pilates instructors

✔ Students completing wellness or coaching certifications

✔ Career transitioners moving into the wellness space

You do not need to know everything about health and wellness coaching. You need to recognize the value of a credentialed, structured practice and trust that the women you introduce to Wellness Vision will be treated with the same care you bring to your own work.

* Genuine interest in women's health and wellness

* Belief that the women in your network or practice could benefit from

structured health and wellness coaching

* Availability for a 20-minute introductory call before any arrangement is formalized

* Commitment to warm, honest introductions, not transactional referrals
