We are seeking a talented Principal AI Platform Engineer with a passion for data & AI technologies to join our cross-skilled team. What will you do?

Design scalable architectures for agentic AI applications, distributed services, MCPs, APIs, and data-intensive workloads.

Build production-grade backend services, orchestration frameworks, and reusable platform components.

Build resilient event-driven big data processing framework and efficient query layer.
-
Engineer effective context layer from structured and unstructured data for agentic AI workloads.
-
Own service integrations, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data and AI requirements, provide technical solutions.

Manage deployment and configuration of services, including DR.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
-
Expert-level backend development experience with Java, Python (Spring Boot, Fast API, multithreading, messaging)

Proven experience building cost-effective agentic AI solutions and frameworks.

Solid knowledge of container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Proven experience building services on public and private cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, OCP.

Experience architecting solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, vector and graph databases.

Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
Nice-to-have

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience with ElasticSearch, Neo4j, ClickHouse.

Prior experience working in a major financial institution.

Prior experience managing a team of senior engineers.
