Now Hiring: Part-Time Dental Receptionist

Join Our Friendly Dental Team!

We are looking for a warm, organized, and professional Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join our growing practice. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients with a friendly, positive attitude.
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality.
Verify insurance information and process payments.
Coordinate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow.
Handle administrative tasks and maintain an organized front desk.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Previous dental reception or medical office experience is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience with dental practice management software is an asset.
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
