经营策略分析：搭建并持续优化公司核心经营指标体系（GMV 、单量、客单价、毛利率、UE 等），驱动业务决策落地
专题深度研究：围绕增长、效率、竞争等关键课题，独立完成端到端分析（问题定义→数据拆解→归因→策略建议→效果追踪）
专项推进与落地：牵头或深度参与跨部门专项（如新城开城、品类结构优化、履约成本攻坚等），从方案设计到执行跟踪全程负责，确保项目按节奏交付结果
业务诊断与预警：建立经营健康度监控机制，及时识别异常波动并输出根因分析与应对方案
预算与目标管理：参与年度/季度经营目标拆解、预算编制及滚动预测，支撑管理层资源配置决策
跨部门协同：与产品、运营、市场、供给等团队紧密协作，将分析洞察转化为可执行的业务动作，并跟踪闭环
数据基建推动：推动数据口径统一、报表自动化及分析工具沉淀，提升组织数据决策效率

任职要求：

本科及以上学历，统计学、经济学、数学、计算机等相关专业优先；3 年以上经营分析相关经验优先
具备扎实的商业分析框架能力，能从财务视角（P&L、UE 模型）理解业务全貌
精通 SQL，熟练使用 Python/R 进行数据处理与建模；熟悉 BI 工具（Quick BI 等）
强目标导向，以结果为衡量标准，能在目标压力下主动拆解路径、推动落地，而非被动响应需求
项目推进能力：能独立牵头专项，协调多方资源，把控节奏与里程碑，对交付结果负责
优秀的结构化思维与问题拆解能力，能将复杂业务问题转化为可量化、可验证的分析命题
出色的沟通表达与跨团队影响力，能面向高管层清晰呈现分析结论与建议
自驱力强，适应快节奏、多时区协作的海外业务环境
有外卖/本地生活/互联网平台从业经验或行业认知者加分；有海外市场经验者优先

Job Description

Business Strategy Analysis: Build and continuously optimize the company’s core operating metrics system (e.g., GMV, order volume, average order value, gross margin, UE), and drive data-informed business decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields; 3+ years of experience in business/operations analysis is preferred.
Strong analytical framework with the ability to understand business from a financial perspective (e.g., P&L, unit economics models).
Proficient in SQL; experienced in Python/R for data processing and modeling; familiar with BI tools (e.g., Quick BI).
Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership; able to proactively break down goals, drive execution, and deliver outcomes under pressure.
Strong project management skills with the ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate resources, manage timelines, and deliver results.
Excellent structured thinking and problem-solving skills; able to translate complex business problems into quantifiable and testable analytical questions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to clearly present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced, multi-time-zone, global working environment.
Experience in food delivery, local services, or internet platforms is a plus; overseas market experience is preferred.
In-depth Thematic Analysis: Independently conduct end-to-end analysis on key topics such as growth, efficiency, and competition (problem definition → data breakdown → root cause analysis → strategic recommendations → impact tracking).
Project Execution & Delivery: Lead or deeply participate in cross-functional initiatives (e.g., new city launches, category mix optimization, fulfillment cost reduction), owning the full lifecycle from planning to execution tracking, ensuring timely and result-oriented delivery.
Business Diagnostics & Monitoring: Establish business health monitoring mechanisms, identify anomalies in a timely manner, and provide root cause analysis along with actionable solutions.
Budgeting & Target Management: Participate in annual/quarterly target setting, budgeting, and rolling forecasts to support management decision-making on resource allocation.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, marketing, and supply teams to translate analytical insights into executable actions and ensure end-to-end follow-through.
Data Infrastructure Enhancement: Drive standardization of data definitions, automation of reporting, and development of analytical tools to improve organizational data efficiency.
