Dental laboratory in Surrey, BC looking for a receptionist / office administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Welcome and check in patients, ensuring a positive experience.
Receive, organize, and distribute incoming packages and deliveries.
Enter and track cases using a digital management software.
Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to monitor the progress of dental cases.
Keep track of cases within the lab and coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate records and update information as needed in the management software.
Manage accounts receivable and payable.
Assist with general administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management.
Package cases and manage shipping/delivery of cases via courier.
Support the company with any other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
