Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Description
The Solution Architect – Salesforce is a technical leadership role responsible for designing, developing, and establishing governance for our clients primary operational CRMs—specifically eCRM, Wealth CRM, and Advisory CRM—along with the broader Salesforce ecosystem. This role acts as a crucial bridge between business needs, IT capabilities, vendor configurations, and enterprise security controls.
The ideal candidate will provide design guidance, architectural support across various enterprise projects, and serve as a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Salesforce technology and best practices.
Key Responsibilities & Scope

Architectural Design: Lead the end-to-end design of robust, scalable architectures, including native Salesforce configurations, custom developments, adjacent platforms, and complex integrations across the ecosystem.

Project & Portfolio Support: Serve as the technical go-to resource for project management and product delivery teams—ensuring technical requirements are clearly defined, risks are mitigated, and project goals are met.

Technical Leadership & Subject Matter Expertise: Drive best practices for Salesforce implementation and integration. Act as the central technical liaison between software engineers, data/security teams, and business stakeholders.

Strategic Roadmap Alignment: Translate the long-term goals of ’s business units into actionable, future-proof architectural roadmaps and deliverables.

Module & Tool Selection: Evaluate, recommend, and optimize third-party tools, Salesforce modules, and platforms to support evolving CRM initiatives.

Governance & Standards: Establish and refine architectural standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks for the enterprise architecture group.

Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and educate broader architecture and engineering teams to drive consistency, efficiency, and continuous technical growth.

Key Deliverables
-
Solution Architecture Documents (SADs), target-state patterns, and integration blueprints for eCRM, Wealth CRM, and Advisory CRM.

Architectural review sign-offs incorporating cyber security, risk, compliance, and fraud considerations.

Integration designs for API, middleware, data syncing, and cloud service frameworks (including Google Cloud Platform where applicable).

Technical roadmaps and tool/platform evaluation summaries for executive and technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
-
5–8+ years of progressive experience leading Salesforce solution design, platform configuration, custom development, and complex enterprise deployments.

Solid working experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector, with direct exposure to wealth management, retail banking, or advisory service workflows.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Core, Data Cloud (Data 360), and Agentforce components.

Deep understanding of API integrations, middleware technologies, data migration/syncing strategies, and enterprise security protocols.

Systems-thinking mindset with familiarity in cloud environments, particularly Google Suite and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Demonstrated capability to incorporate enterprise cybersecurity, privacy, fraud, and regulatory compliance standards directly into technical architectures.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Active Salesforce Certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Integration Architecture Designer) is strictly required.
