The Role

We’re looking for a hungry, high-energy SDR who isn’t afraid to start conversations, create opportunities, and open doors.

This is not a passive role, you’ll be on the front lines driving pipeline through cold outreach, relationship building, and strategic prospecting.

If you’ve ever been told “you’re good with people” this is your lane.

What You’ll Do

Execute high-volume cold calling to generate qualified leads
Build and nurture relationships through LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator
Identify and connect with decision-makers across target accounts
Use tools like:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
GoHighLevel (CRM + automation)
Bear Connect (outreach)
Book and qualify meetings for the sales team
Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
Attend industry events and conferences ( paid travel)
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging

What Success Looks Like

Consistently hitting or exceeding meeting booked targets
Strong activity volume (calls, messages, follow-ups)
Ability to turn cold prospects into warm conversations
Building a repeatable pipeline of qualified opportunities
Contributing to revenue growth through conversion-ready leads

Who You Are

Naturally confident talking to new people (this is key)
Comfortable with rejection and able to bounce back quickly
Strong communicator; clear, persuasive, and engaging
Organized and disciplined with follow-ups
Competitive and driven by results

Preferred Background

Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or high-interaction jobs
(retail, hospitality, recruiting, etc. all count)
Experience with cold outreach (calls, DMs, emails) is a plus
Familiarity with CRM or sales tools is helpful but not required Compensation & Growth
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
Performance-based bonuses
