Join a Top-Tier Financial Services and Insurance Agency Where High Performance Meets Meaningful Client Relationships
Our client, a top-performing financial services and insurance agency in Ottawa, is not simply providing products and policies. They are building long-term client relationships that help individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most, plan with confidence, and make thoughtful financial decisions over time.
Our client is looking for an experienced Wealth Management Specialist who is passionate about relationship-based advice, client service, and growth. This is a combined service and business development role, with approximately 35% of your time focused on servicing existing clients and 65% focused on growth, prospecting, referrals, and deepening client relationships.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for opportunities. It is also not a cold, transactional sales role. The right person will be able to step into an established agency environment, build trust with existing clients, and proactively create new wealth opportunities through meaningful conversations.
Are You Passionate About Helping Clients Build, Protect, and Transition Their Wealth?
Do you thrive in a professional environment that values autonomy, collaboration, community, and doing the right thing for the client?
Are you confident having financial conversations with clients and helping them identify opportunities related to investments, retirement planning, life insurance, protection, and long-term financial security?
If you are an experienced financial services professional with a proven ability to build relationships, generate business, and provide client-first advice, this may be the opportunity for you.
About You
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, investments, life insurance, or a related advisory role.
You are a self-starter who takes ownership of your activity, your results, and your client relationships.
You genuinely care about your clients and believe that when you do what is right for the client, the business will follow.
You are comfortable initiating conversations, asking thoughtful questions, identifying needs, and following through with appropriate recommendations.
You are confident working independently, but you also value being part of a collaborative team where people support one another and work together to serve clients well.
Most importantly, you bring a natural ability to build trust. Clients quickly feel that they are in capable, caring hands, and your relationship-building skills turn conversations into long-term advisory relationships.
About Our Client
Our client is a top-performing, award-winning financial services and insurance agency based in Ottawa.
Their office culture is built on three core values: Team, Community, and Collaboration.
Our client believes everyone should have a voice, and they support one another through challenges and successes alike.
With specialists in wealth, life, group, commercial, home, auto, and business insurance, our client’s mission is to offer comprehensive financial security under one roof, with personalized service that clients cannot receive from a 1-800 number.
Our client is proud to be deeply involved in their community and committed to building long-term relationships with the people and businesses they serve.
