Ce que vous ferez :
En tant que conseiller(ère) aux pièces et au service, vous serez la personne‑ressource pour le soutien aux pièces et au service, en aidant à la fois nos techniciens et nos clients.

80 % Service :

Attribuer les tâches aux techniciens dans l’atelier de réparation.
Répondre aux appels de service routier et dépêcher les urgences routières au technicien désigné.
Préparer les bons de travail pour les techniciens.
Maintenir une vérification de cour (Yard Check) à jour en donnant la priorité aux taches importantes.
Aider les clients avec leurs demandes de service en personne, par téléphone et par courriel.
Soutenir les techniciens dans la réalisation et la mise à jour précise des bons de travail.
Rédiger les rapports des techniciens pour la facturation, en assurant clarté et exactitude pour les clients.
Aider les techniciens et le gestionnaire du service à obtenir les pièces nécessaires pour compléter les bons de travail.
Fournir un soutien au comptoir pour les demandes liées au service provenant des techniciens en atelier et des clients sans rendez-vous.
Chercher les pièces non stockées pour les travaux de service.
Utiliser efficacement les systèmes informatiques pour analyser des rapports de pièces de base, effectuer des recherches sur Internet et consulter des catalogues de pièces.
Soutenir le gestionnaire du service avec des tâches supplémentaires au besoin.

20 % Pièces:

Maintenir des niveaux de stock appropriés.
Fournir un soutien téléphonique aux clients concernant les demandes liées aux pièces.
Assurer un suivi précis et un contrôle des commandes en attente et des réceptions.
Préparer les demandes d'achat pour réapprovisionner les pièces et les fournitures.
Préparer et suivre les factures de pièces.
Documenter et signaler les écarts d’inventaire dans le système.
Appuyer le département des pièces avec des tâches supplémentaires au besoin.

Exigences essentielles :

Diplôme d’études secondaires
Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans les pièces, la vente au détail ou les rôles de conseiller au service
Excellentes aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle et la communication
Maîtrise de MS Office et des systèmes de gestion d’inventaire
Permis de conduire valide
De préférence bilingue (Français et Anglais) Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous pourriez être amené(e) à servir des clients, ou lire / à parler en anglais à l’occasion (environ 25 % du temps).

Exigences physiques et conditions de travail :

Poste à temps plein sur place (du lundi au vendredi)
Capacité de soulever jusqu’à 20 kg et de rester debout pendant de longues périodes

What You’ll Do: As a Parts and Service Advisor, you’ll be the go-to resource for parts and service support, assisting both our technicians and customers.

80% Service:

Assign tasks to technicians in the repair shop.
Answer road service calls and dispatch roadside emergencies to the designated road technician.
Prepare work orders for technicians.
Maintain an up‑to‑date Yard Check and prioritize high‑priority repairs.
Assist customers with service requests through walk‑ins, phone calls, and emails.
Support technicians in completing and updating work orders accurately.
Draft technician reports for invoicing, ensuring clarity and accuracy for clients.
Assist technicians and the Service Manager in securing required parts to complete work orders.
Provide counter support for service-related inquiries from shop technicians and walk‑in customers.
Source non‑stock parts for service jobs.
Utilize computer systems effectively to analyze basic parts reports, conduct internet searches, and reference parts catalogs.
Support the Service Manager with additional tasks as needed.

20% Parts

Maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Provide phone support to customers regarding parts inquiries.
Ensure accurate tracking and control of pending orders and receipts.
Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
Prepare and track parts invoices.
Document and report inventory discrepancies in the system.
Assist the parts department with additional tasks as required.

Must-Haves:

High School Diploma
Minimum 2 years of experience in parts, retail, or service advisory roles
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems
Valid driver’s license
Preferably bilingual (French and English). In this role, you may be required to serve clients or occasionally read and speak in English (approximately 25% of the time).

Physical & Work Requirements:

This is an on-site full time position (Monday-Friday)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for periods of time.

Nice-to-Haves:

Forklift license
Post-secondary education or technical training
Mechanical aptitude or experience with vehicle/equipment part
