Sales Representative – Ontario
Location: Greater Toronto Area (Remote / Field-Based)
Compensation: $100,000+ CAD (Uncapped Earning Potential)

Five years ago, the company was acquired by four young entrepreneurs with an ambitious vision. Since then, Verbois has modernized its operations, strengthened its brand, expanded its product offering, and established itself as one of Canada's premier furniture manufacturers.

Now, the company is making a significant investment in Ontario and this role will play a critical part in that growth.

What You'll Do

Develop new business throughout Ontario by identifying and securing new retail partners
Build relationships with furniture retailers, interior designers, architects, and premium décor businesses
Conduct regular in-person sales meetings and showroom visits
Present Verbois' premium furniture collections while effectively positioning the brand in the marketplace
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
Grow existing customer relationships into long-term strategic partnerships
Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to leadership
Achieve sales growth targets while expanding Verbois' presence across Ontario

What We're Looking For

Proven success in outside B2B sales
Experience selling premium products through retail channels
Background in furniture, interior design, architectural products, premium décor, luxury goods, fashion, or similar industries
Existing network within Ontario's furniture and design community is strongly preferred
Demonstrated success developing new business and opening new accounts
Experience managing a sales territory independently

Comfortable hearing "no" and resilient enough to keep moving forward

Product & Brand Awareness

Appreciation for premium craftsmanship and contemporary design
Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning
Passion for design trends and evolving consumer preferences
Ability to connect with designers, retailers, and business owners through consultative conversations

Requirements

Based in Ontario, preferably within the Greater Toronto Area
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Ontario
Comfortable entertaining clients through networking events, lunches, dinners, and industry functions
