We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator - Broker Network for our Vaughan location.

The Logistics Coordinator - Broker Network plays a pivotal role in optimizing the last-mile delivery process by ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This role focuses on managing day-to-day delivery operations, supporting drivers proactively, and ensuring efficient routing and audits. The Coordinator will be the key point of contact for centralized driver calls and will provide support for the Home Delivery team and CAS’ Save the Delivery program.

Location: 27 Director Court, Vaughan

Job type: Full Time

Shift: Monday to Friday 11:00am - 7:30pm, Saturday - 10:00am - 6:30pm

Compensation: $50,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing! Your day-to-day will involve…

Load Out Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the morning loading out of brokers and drivers to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate dispatch while actively addressing any issues in the moment.
Routing Management: Plan and optimize delivery routes to enhance efficiency and minimize delays.
On-Road Audits: Conduct on-road audits to monitor and ensure compliance with delivery protocols and standards.
Broker Management and Scheduling: Scheduling Brokers and delivery teams for routes based on performance and compliance metrics.
Proactive Driver Support: Provide proactive support to drivers by addressing concerns and facilitating smooth operations.
Day-to-Day Home Delivery Support: Manage and support daily home delivery operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
Centralized Driver Calls: Handle centralized driver calls to resolve issues, provide updates, and offer support as needed.
CAS Save the Delivery Program: Utilize knowledge of the CAS Save the Delivery program to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Customer Communication: Address customer inquiries and issues through various channels, ensuring effective resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Create and maintain reports on delivery performance, including metrics on delivery success, routing efficiency, and driver performance..
Issue Management: Manage non-compliances, customer complaints, and corrective actions, utilizing tracking tools and maintaining detailed records.
Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for…

Post-secondary qualifications in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Customer Service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with customers, delivery partners, and internal teams.
Customer-centric approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
Well-organized and detail-oriented to maintain accurate delivery records/order notes and reporting.
Proficient in Google/Microsoft Office suite and learning new technologies.
Solutions-oriented mindset to identify issues and recommend solutions.
French/English bilingual proficiency is an asset and will be compensated
