Prepare and manage refugee matters, including comprehensive documentation and submissions.
Prepare disclosure packages for the Immigration Division (ID), Immigration Appeal Division (IAD), and Refugee Appeal Division (RAD).
Prepare and review BOC (Basis of Claim) forms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with supporting evidence.
Manage end-to-end immigration matters for multiple concurrent applicants.
Facilitate the gathering of documentation and the preparation, review, and filing of immigration applications.
Prepare responses to immigration governing bodies such as IRCC and ESDC.
Prepare and submit LMIA applications to ESDC.
Apply immigration knowledge strategically and proactively drive process improvements.
Take ownership of the quality, compliance, and technical accuracy of all work.
Set priorities, develop work schedules, and closely monitor and track case progress.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
