Samee Metal Trading is a fast-growing, family-owned company specializing in steel, logistics, and freight solutions. Our freight division is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a high-energy "hunter" to join our team. We value ambitious drive, genuine relationships, and a commitment to delivering excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (Commensurate with experience).

Incentive Structure: High-yield commission tied to monthly net profit targets.

Total OTE: $70,000 – $100,000+ per annum.

Professional Growth: Opportunity to shape the logistics strategy of a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new freight and logistics business.
Identify, prospect, and secure new customers across manufacturing, distribution, retail, steel, construction, and industrial sectors.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and in-person customer visits.
Present transportation and logistics solutions tailored to customer needs.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting reports.
Represent Samee Metal Trading at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Southern Ontario.

Preferred

Freight, transportation, logistics, brokerage, trucking, or supply chain experience.
Experience selling truckload (TL), less-than-truckload (LTL), dedicated transportation, brokerage, or warehousing solutions.
CRM experience (HubSpot, or similar).
