La Boulangerie Lanthier une des filiales du groupe La Fournée Dorée et producteur des fameux pains briochés est à la recherche d'un/ d’une Technicien Process -Fabrication pour rejoindre son équipe de l'usine de Baie-D'Urfé. Si vous désirez rejoindre une entreprise familiale en pleine expansion et agrandir vos compétences dans le domaine de la boulangerie industrielle, c’est votre chance. Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein, pour le quart de soir.

Description

Le Technicien Process Fabrication garantit l’harmonisation des méthodes, du procédé et la performance des lignes de fabrication conformément aux objectifs de qualité, de sécurité, de pertes, de délais et de coûts.
Il participe à la formation technique des conducteurs et chefs d’équipe fabrication et préparation (réglages équipements, suivi des indicateurs process).

Responsabilités

Gestion opérationnelle et technique

Analyse des documents opérationnels (programme de fabrication, rapports, non‑conformités, etc.)
Définition, formalisation et mise à jour des paramètres de réglage des équipements
Organisation et réalisation des essais industriels (nouveaux produits, process, matières premières)
Rédaction des comptes rendus d’essais et analyses
Mise à jour des outils de suivi et de reporting

Qualité, hygiène et sécurité

Suivi de la qualité des produits tout au long du process
Application et respect des normes qualité, hygiène, sécurité et environnement
Identification des anomalies et mise en place d’actions correctives et préventives

Communication et formation

Formation des conducteurs de ligne et chefs d’équipe
Communication avec production, maintenance, qualité, R&D et autres services
Reporting régulier auprès de la hiérarchie

Amélioration continue et projets

Analyse des dysfonctionnements techniques
Proposition et suivi d’actions d’amélioration
Participation à la mise en service de nouveaux équipements
Collaboration avec l’ensemble des services du site

Formation & expérience

Formation et/ou diplôme souhaités :Bac +2 minimum dans le domaine concerné est un atout

· Formation et/ou diplôme souhaités : Formation en génie mécanique est un atout;

· Expérience souhaitée : Expérience significative sur un poste similaire;

Communication

· Informe les services et interlocuteurs concernés des process mis en œuvre et des éventuelles adaptations effectuées (chef d’équipe, technicien maintenance) oralement ou via des supports écrits (GMAO, mail) ;

· Assiste aux différentes réunions en interne (conditionnement et process) ;

· Fait remonter tout manquement auprès de sa hiérarchie.

Qualifications

· Formation et/ou diplôme souhaités : Formation en génie mécanique est un atout;

· Expérience souhaitée : Expérience significative sur un poste similaire;

· Une expérience dans le domaine agroalimentaire constitue un atout ;

· Bonne maîtrise de la langue française , l’anglais est un atout .

Boulangerie Lanthier, a subsidiary of the La Fournée Dorée Group and producer of its famous brioche breads, is currently seeking a Process Technician – Production to join its team at the Baie-D’Urfé plant. If you are looking to join a growing family-owned business and expand your skills in the industrial bakery field, this is your opportunity. This is a full-time evening shift position.

Position Overview

The Process Technician – Production ensures the alignment of methods, processes, and production line performance in accordance with objectives related to quality, safety, waste reduction, timelines, and costs.

The role also involves participating in the technical training of line operators and production/preparation team leaders (equipment setup, process monitoring indicators).

Responsibilities

Operational and Technical Management

Analyze operational documents (production schedules, reports, non-conformities, etc.)
Define, formalize, and update equipment settings and parameters
Organize and conduct industrial trials (new products, processes, raw materials)
Prepare trial reports and analyses
Update tracking and reporting tools

Quality, Hygiene, and Safety

Monitor product quality throughout the production process
Apply and comply with quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental standards
Identify issues and implement corrective and preventive actions

Communication and Training

Train line operators and team leaders
Communicate with production, maintenance, quality, R&D, and other departments
Provide regular reporting to management

Continuous Improvement and Projects

Analyze technical malfunctions
Propose and follow up on improvement initiatives
Participate in the commissioning of new equipment
Collaborate with all site departments

Education & Experience

Minimum of a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent in a relevant field (an asset)
Mechanical engineering training is an asset
Significant experience in a similar role is preferred

Communication

Inform relevant departments and stakeholders about implemented processes and any adjustments (team leaders, maintenance technicians), either verbally or through written tools (CMMS, email)
Participate in internal meetings (packaging and process)
Report any issues or non-compliance to management

Qualifications

Mechanical engineering training is an asset
Strong experience in a similar position
Experience in the food industry is an asset
Strong proficiency in French; English is an asset
