QA Analyst – ServiceNow:
On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a QA Analyst – ServiceNow for a 3 month contract role. This position is remote, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

QA Analyst – ServiceNow - Job Description:
Our client is seeking two QA Analysts to join their team to focus on testing ServiceNow functionality, specifically integration testing involving complex Change and Incident processes. The roles will support quality assurance for ServiceNow initiatives, including identity/access integrations, a Microsoft Teams integration, and a platform upgrade. Manual/functional testing is prioritized over test automation for this engagement.

QA Analyst – ServiceNow - Responsibilities:

Design and execute test plans and test cases for new and enhanced ServiceNow functionality across active project workstreams.
Perform integration testing for the ServiceNow–Saviynt integration, validating automated attestation and access removal workflows.
Perform integration testing for ServiceNow–Active Directory improvements, including integration monitoring, user identity handling, and automated group membership changes.
Perform integration testing for the Microsoft Teams–ServiceNow integration, validating approval and inquiry workflows initiated from Teams.
Support testing of the ServiceNow platform upgrade, including regression testing across existing configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and BSAs to resolve issues.
Apply a variety of testing approaches appropriate to ServiceNow based on project needs.
Collaborate with the Project Manager, Solution Architect, BSAs, and developers throughout each project's testing cycle.

QA Analyst – ServiceNow - Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience testing ServiceNow functionality, with specific depth in integration testing.
Demonstrated experience testing complex Change and Incident process scenarios within ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of a range of testing approaches as they apply to ServiceNow.
Experience testing platform upgrades and identifying regression issues.
Strong defect documentation and tracking skills, with clear communication to development teams.

QA Analyst – ServiceNow – Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience testing identity/access management integrations.
Experience testing Active Directory-related integrations.
Experience testing Microsoft Teams or other collaboration tool integrations.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

QA Analyst – ServiceNow – Assignment Length:
This is a 3 month contract position.

QA Analyst – ServiceNow - Start Date:
ASAP.

QA Analyst – ServiceNow - Assignment Location:
Remote, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
