Job Duties:

· Deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions.

· Meet the needs of customers, answer their questions and exceed their expectations.

· Provide customers with vehicle information and technical specifications.

· Present and test drive vehicles and explain the features and benefits to the customer.

· Complete sales of automobiles while offering additional products and/or services.

· Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers, fellow employees, and the company’s reputation.

· Ensure all work is performed and completed in a timely fashion and maintain accurate records.

· Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.

· Develop and foster customer referrals to increase sales and service volume.

· Record customer information and complete customer follow up on a regular basis.

What we're looking for:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:

· OMVIC License: Preferred but not required. (we can help you get licensed quickly)

· Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.

· Knowledge on various automobile makes/models and vehicle features is an asset.

· Professional demeanour, selling style, and appearance.

· Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.

· Exceptional communication skills – Written and verbal.

· High energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

· Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

· Valid G or G2 class driver’s license with a clean driving record.
