Bulldog Kids & Urban Village AcademySome people like doing the same thing every day.

Bulldog Kids & Urban Village Academy are looking for a Resource & Operations Coordinator to become an essential part of our team.

This is a unique position that blends organization, administration, logistics, purchasing, creativity, and operational support. You'll help keep our childcare centre and private school running smoothly by supporting both our educators and leadership team with whatever is needed to create an exceptional experience for our children, families, and staff.

Much of your work happens behind the scenes—but you'll see your impact throughout the entire building every single day.

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly alike, but your responsibilities may include:

Resource & Learning Materials

Organize and maintain learning materials, toys, games, books, and educational resources.
Ensure resources are cleaned, sanitized, repaired when needed, and returned to their proper location.
Maintain our resource sign-out system.
Coordinate the movement of materials between classrooms.
Keep inventory organized and well stocked.

Library Coordination

Organize and maintain our school library.
Sign books in and out.
Catalogue new books and resources.
Help teachers and students find the right materials for learning.

Administrative Support

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Help maintain spreadsheets, inventories, budgets, and records.
Order classroom supplies and operational materials.
Compare pricing and help ensure purchases stay within budget.
Support special projects and help leadership with whatever needs to get done.

Creative & School Support

Create simple Canva posters, signs, newsletters, and visual resources.
Refresh bulletin boards and displays throughout the school.
Prepare classroom materials and event resources.
Help support school events and special initiatives.

Operations

Keep shared spaces organized, functional, and inviting.
Follow cleaning and disinfecting procedures for learning materials and shared resources.
Notice when something needs attention and take initiative to fix it.
Help ensure the school and childcare centre operate efficiently every day.

You are someone who:

Has excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Is comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.
Enjoys learning new things and figuring things out.

Is comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or Canva (or excited to learn).
Can work independently while also being a valued member of a team.
