The Allin Eye Clinic is a locally owned and operated vision care and optical clinic located in Downtown Edmonton. Situated in the Allin Building at the corner of 120 St and 101 Ave, our clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional eye care services to the community. Position: Optometrist Assistant / Receptionist - In Person

Job Type: Part Time to Full Time

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule and manage appointments for Clinic Doctors
Assist optometrists with pre-screening procedures and tests
Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our services
Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
Working with patients to provide knowledgeable eyewear, and product suggestions
Frame Lens and Contact lens sales as well as products

Qualifications:

This roll is to bridge between the exam room and the dispensary. You will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while aiding in sales through expert knowledge and comfort in frames, lenses, contacts and other products used or recommended within the clinic setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of office software.
Availability to work from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, rotating Saturday

Hours:

Part Time to Full Time hours to be discussed pending cadency
