What You'll Do

As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will:

Provide exceptional clinical assistance during a wide range of dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure operatories are organized and fully equipped
Maintain strict infection prevention and sterilization protocols
Take diagnostic radiographs and other clinical records as required
Deliver exceptional patient care while creating a welcoming and comfortable experience
Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and post-operative instructions
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate closely with dentists and fellow team members to ensure efficient patient flow
Support the continuous improvement of clinical systems and workflows
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and professional team culture

Is a Registered Dental Assistant and eligible to practice in Alberta
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Takes pride in providing exceptional patient care
Is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Is adaptable and eager to continue learning and growing professionally
