We are currently seeking a self-motivated Administrative Assistant'Receptionist to join our high caliber team of professionals at our corporate offices in Blackwood, New Jersey

Key Responsibilities:

Operate telephone sytem to relay incoming interoffice calls while responding to visitors/ customers entering the facility.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, uniforms, and general business documentation.
Open and route incoming mail, answer routine correspndence, and perpare outgoingn mail.
Arrange travel plans and intineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings, and assist with the preparation of expense reports.
Maintain a database and spreadsheet files, presentation doucments, organizational charts, and reports.
Assist with coordinating/ arranging programs, events or conferences.
Review cost statements and work with accounting/ finance regarding discrepancies.
Greet visitors and insure thay are directed to their destinations appropriately.
Assist other departments with routing clerical and administrative duties when available.

Requirements:

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1+ years' experience as an Administrative Assistant in a busy office environment
Superior communication skills
Above average computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products
