Job Summary
- Prepare, mix, and package water treatment chemicals according to approved formulas and production schedules.
- Operate chemical mixing and packaging equipment following standard operating procedures.
- Measure, weigh, label, and document chemical batches accurately.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Safely handle raw materials and finished products in accordance with safety procedures and SDS requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other production-related duties as required.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Must be able to work from Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- 1-2 years' experience with manufacturing, heavy equipment facility
- Completion of high school, Industrial trade school, chemical manufacturing, or related technical training is considered an asset.
- One to two years of manufacturing or industrial production experience preferred.
- Previous chemical mixing or chemical manufacturing experience is considered an asset.
- Forklift experience and material handling equipment experience are considered assets.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, safety policies, and quality requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
