Who We Are

Fitnesspros Canada helps clients across Caledon and Brampton lose weight sustainably, move without pain, and build lasting strength — through science-backed, personalized programming delivered with real coaching, not just workouts.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced, confident personal trainer to join a growing training business across Brampton and Caledon. Programs are already built for you — your focus is delivering excellent sessions: proper form, hands-on guidance, technique, and the motivation that keeps clients coming back. As you grow into the role, there's opportunity to take on programming too.

Clients are already in place — this isn't about building your own book from scratch. It's about being the trainer clients trust to show up, coach them well, and get real results from the plan in front of them.

If you take coaching seriously, understand that fitness is about more than reps and sets, and want to be part of a small, close-knit team rather than another face at a big-box gym, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Lead semi-private group training sessions (men's and women's groups)
Deliver one-on-one sessions, both in-home (Caledon) and at a private home-gym studio
Coach proper form, technique, and safe execution of assigned programs
Motivate and support clients through every session
Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients

What We're Looking For

3+ years of personal training experience
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) required
CPR-C certification required
Background in fitness teaching, kinesiology, or sports is an asset
A high standard of personal fitness — you lead by example
Positive, encouraging coaching style — clients should leave every session feeling motivated, not intimidated
Strong understanding of mobility and movement quality, not just strength programming
Reliable vehicle required (studio + in-home clients in Caledon)
Availability across weekday mornings through evenings, plus some weekends

Compensation & Structure

Independent Contractor Position. Starting at $35-45/hour, 10-20 hours/week to start. As you take on more responsibility — successfully managing client programming and delivering results — there's real opportunity to grow toward the higher end and beyond. This isn't a fixed, capped position; how far and how fast it grows is tied to your impact, not just time in the role.

Travel to in-home clients is compensated as part of your pay.

Also included: flexible scheduling, casual dress, and access to a fully equipped home gym for your own training.
