Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Flexible Mobile, Workplace, Hotel and In-Home Bookings

WELLCALM is growing its network of Registered Massage Therapists across Toronto and the GTA.
We connect experienced RMTs with clients seeking professional massage therapy at home, in workplaces, hotels, events and through coordinated rehabilitation programs.
This opportunity is ideal for an RMT who wants to supplement an existing clinic schedule, build a flexible mobile practice or access corporate and hospitality bookings without managing all of the administrative work independently.
About WELLCALM
WELLCALM provides mobile wellness and rehabilitation services at homes, workplaces, hotels and events.
Our therapist network supports individual clients, workplace wellness programs, hotel guests and clients receiving coordinated recovery care. WELLCALM manages booking coordination, client communication and operational support so therapists can focus on delivering excellent care.
Types of appointments
Depending on your experience, availability and selected service areas, opportunities may include:
- In-home massage therapy
- Workplace massage programs
- Hotel and in-room massage
- Corporate wellness events
- Couples and group bookings
- Prenatal massage
- MVA and rehabilitation-related treatment
- Recurring client appointments
Therapists choose which booking categories they are interested in accepting.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy in accordance with CMTO standards
- Review relevant client information before each appointment
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled treatments
- Transport and set up required mobile equipment where applicable
- Complete treatment notes, receipts and required documentation
- Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality and client safety
- Communicate promptly with the WELLCALM coordination team
- Represent WELLCALM professionally in homes, workplaces, hotels and events
- Maintain a clean, organized and hygienic treatment environment
Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- Active registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
- Professional liability insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable access to email and a mobile phone
- Ability to travel within selected service areas
- A professional, dependable and client-focused approach
Mobile therapists must also have reliable transportation and access to appropriate massage equipment unless otherwise arranged for a specific workplace or hotel booking.
Preferred experience
The following experience is an asset but is not required for every booking category:
- In-home or mobile massage therapy
- Corporate or chair massage
- Hotel or hospitality services
- Prenatal massage
- Sports or deep tissue massage
- MVA rehabilitation
- Working with clients who have mobility limitations
- Direct billing or extended health insurance documentation
Newer RMTs are welcome to apply if they demonstrate professionalism, strong clinical skills and reliable communication.

There is no requirement to leave your current clinic or commit to a fixed weekly schedule.
Compensation
Therapists are paid a predetermined rate for each accepted booking or program.
Compensation varies based on:
- Appointment duration
- Booking type
- Location
- Number of treatments
- Specialized requirements
The full payout amount is provided before the therapist accepts a booking.
Typical therapist payouts range from $85.30 to $132.65 per service hour, depending on appointment type and duration.
Scheduling
Bookings may be available seven days a week, including:
- Daytime
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Corporate weekday programs
- Hotel and on-demand appointments
Therapists are not expected to be available for every booking. Opportunities are offered based on location, qualifications, selected services and submitted availability.
