Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients in a friendly, professional manner
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and respectfully
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring the schedule runs efficiently with minimal gaps
Register new patients and assist with medical/dental forms to ensure accuracy and compliance
Educate patients about clinic procedures, services, and policies (e.g., cancellations, insurance, billing)
Process insurance claims, direct billing, referral letters, and patient correspondence
Maintain and update patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and privacy at all times
Manage recall system and support patient retention through strong follow-up and communication
Assist in collecting payments, processing invoices, and reducing accounts receivable balances
Collaborate with the dental and administrative team to ensure seamless patient care and office flow
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements for clinic operations
Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, welcoming, and patient-ready at all times

Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends

Office Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Schedules will include evening or weekend shifts.
