What the clinic has to offer:

Full case load already in place.
3,200 spacious clinic / bright / prime location
9 Physiotherapy treatment rooms
1 large private treatment room
Large gym with up-to-date equipment
Established in 1991 private clinic hosts long term clients
Largest physiotherapy clinic in Campbell River region with lots of parking
Client base: Private, WCB, ICBC, Veterans, MSP
Clinic is multidisciplinary with– 4 physiotherapists, athletic therapist, RMT, occupational therapist, pediatrist. This is an opportunity for you to fill your practice!
Front end staff
Using JANE for scheduling

What we offer the right candidate:

Signing bonus for the right candidate
Commission based pay: as a contractor, you will receive 80% of the rate the clinic charges,
Walk into an established client load - with room for growing a new client base
Starting at earliest convenience
Flexible hours and days in clinic

Qualifications

Valid certification as a Registered Massage Therapist
Strong understanding of medical terminology
Excellent customer service skills to enhance client experience
Effective communication skills for client interaction and treatment explanation
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a therapeutic environment
Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated with industry practices
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual health conditions.
Utilize medical terminology to accurately document client progress and treatment outcomes.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain techniques and address any concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
