Escape Trailer is looking for mechanical experienced individuals to join our growing team. This role will require strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work in a team environment. The RV Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, testing, and maintaining RV systems to ensure every unit meets quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.

As a RV Service Technician your role includes:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, and appliance systems.
- Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and warranty repairs.
- Test all repaired systems to verify proper operation and safety.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical documents.
- Accurately document inspections, repairs, parts, and labor.
- Assemble trailer hitches
- Add/install any after sales purchases to customer trailers
- Follow Standard Work, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Preferred Skills/Requirements
Hard Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of RV electrical (12V DC/120V AC), plumbing, propane, HVAC, and appliance systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Understanding of RV safety standards and quality requirements.
