Full job description

Love creating content? Don't mind rolling up your sleeves? You might be exactly who we're looking for.

We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive person to join our growing e-commerce team. This isn't a traditional desk job—some days you'll be filming TikToks, other days you'll be packing customer orders, organizing inventory, helping with photoshoots, or supporting exciting product launches.

What You'll Do

Film, edit, and publish engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
Brainstorm creative content ideas and stay on top of social media trends.
Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and product launches.
Respond to comments, messages, and engage with our online community.
Pack and ship customer orders with care and attention to detail.
Receive, organize, count, and restock inventory.
Load, unload, and move inventory shipments, including lifting boxes weighing up to 30-35 lbs.
Assist with product photoshoots, content creation days, pop-up events, and other brand activities.
Help maintain a clean, organized workspace and inventory area.
Support day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Jump in wherever help is needed—we're a small team, and everyone wears multiple hats.

What We're Looking For

Creative with a good eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
Comfortable filming yourself and others using an iPhone or similar smartphone.
Experience editing short-form videos using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
Comfortable lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg) as part of regular job duties.
Excellent communication skills.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to take on new challenges.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can change quickly.

Bonus Points

Experience managing Instagram or TikTok accounts.
Photography or videography experience.
Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Interest in beauty, wellness, or consumer brands.
