Real Estate Sales Representative

Are you a licensed Realtor® looking for real opportunity, proven systems, and hands-on support — not just a desk and a brand name?

At Century 21 Percy Fulton Ltd., we’re building a modern real estate environment centered around lead generation, training, collaboration, and long-term business growth. We are currently seeking motivated Real Estate Sales Representatives who want structure, opportunity, and strong leadership to support their success.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with brokerage-provided buyer and seller leads
Convert opportunities into active clients and closed transactions
Conduct buyer consultations, showings, and listing presentations
Manage pipeline activity using CRM systems
Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions
Deliver a high level of client service and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

Valid RECO real estate license (Ontario)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, client-focused mindset
Willingness to work in-office on a regular basis
Commitment to following proven systems and processes
Self-motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented attitude

This is a commission-based role, with income directly tied to performance and production.
