Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Renovator to join our team and bring transformative improvements to residential and commercial spaces. As a Renovator, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of renovation projects, from minor repairs to major restorations, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help clients realize their vision by revitalizing properties with precision, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and showcase your talent in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute renovation plans.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively for demolition, framing, finishing, and installation tasks.
Perform carpentry work including cabinet installation, framing, and custom woodwork to meet project specifications.
Conduct concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to reinforce structures or create new surfaces.
Install flooring, tiles, drywall, and other surface materials with precision for a polished finish.
Apply construction painting, caulking, electrical wiring, plumbing, and welding techniques to complete various renovation components.
Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts or excavators when required for site preparation or material handling.
Estimate project costs using construction estimating skills to ensure budget adherence while maintaining quality standards.
Assist in restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures with attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.

Experience

Proven construction experience with a strong background in renovation or remodeling projects.
Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes.
Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Knowledge of diverse trades including carpentry, masonry, electrical systems, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and painting.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately for precise execution of tasks.
Prior experience in restoration projects or concrete finishing is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
