Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

A valid Smart Serve Certification
A valid Driver’s License (access to a vehicle is an asset)
Food Handling and Safety knowledge
1 to 5 years of Supervision Experience in catering, events, or hospitality service
Strong communication and listening skills
A professional, positive attitude and sense of responsibility

What You’ll Do

Manage and coordinate service teams at weddings and banquets
Delegate roles to and supervise Front of House team to ensure efficient service
Deliver professional, friendly service to guests and clients
Anticipate needs and assist team members proactively
Represent Hawley Crescent with pride, professionalism, and care
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety
