AVT Beckett Elevators

AVT Beckett Elevators is a growing North American manufacturer of elevator systems, entrances, and components. We take pride in delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are currently looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our Packaging Department.

What You'll Do

As a member of our Packaging Department, you will be responsible for preparing elevator components for shipment while ensuring every order meets our high quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

Packaging elevator components for safe shipment
Applying stainless steel cladding ("skinning") to elevator doors
Assembling elevator products and components
Reading work orders and following assembly instructions
Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
Using hand tools safely and effectively
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
Assisting with other production and packaging duties as required

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable using a variety of hand tools
Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/32"
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50- 70 lbs.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the day
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently and as part of a team
Manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or construction experience is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
