About the Role

As an RMT at Way Wellness, you will provide high-quality therapeutic massage treatments while working collaboratively with other healthcare and wellness professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated practitioner looking to build and grow a thriving practice within an established clinic and welcoming town.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide professional massage therapy treatments based on client needs and goals.
Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Educate clients on self-care, rehabilitation exercises, and wellness strategies.
Collaborate with other practitioners to support optimal client outcomes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.

Qualifications

Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Professional liability insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to client-centered care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
