Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) — Whitby

Temple of Healing Therapy is a Zen-inspired multidisciplinary clinic located in Brooklin, Whitby. We offer Registered Massage Therapy, Manual Osteopathic Practice, Acupuncture, Physiotherapy, and Zen Shiatsu in a calm and professional environment.

We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and growth-oriented Registered Massage Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor.

New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments tailored to client needs
Complete assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records according to CMTO standards
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment space
Collaborate with other practitioners when appropriate

Qualifications

Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
Valid professional liability insurance
Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it
Strong communication, professionalism, and client-care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Experience is an asset, but new graduates are welcome
Interest in holistic and integrative care is an asset

Compensation and Benefits

65% practitioner revenue split, calculated on treatment revenue before HST
Current client fee is $120, including HST, for a 60-minute treatment
Practitioner compensation is approximately $69.03 per completed 60-minute treatment
Flexible part-time scheduling
Fully furnished treatment rooms with electric tables
Linens and laundry support
Online booking and charting through Jane
Payment processing and direct-billing support
Clinic marketing and internal referral opportunities
Mentorship in Manual Osteopathic Practice, Athletic Therapy, and mindfulness-based care
Free on-site parking
Supportive and collaborative clinic environment

Schedule

Flexible part-time shifts are available. Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is especially valuable.
