Full job description

Here at DashVapes, we pride ourselves in customer service and strongly believe we are here to change people's lives for the better. Finding an alternative to smoking is a hard task and can often be extremely difficult. We make it a priority to be an ongoing support system, creating a safe learning environment for everyone.

We are currently seeking a personable and knowledgeable individual to represent our brand and be a pillar of support for our customers and team members. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding our culture, beliefs, and business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be at least 19 years of age
Possess intermediate/advanced knowledge of vaping/e-cigarettes
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
Maintain a sense of urgency and professionalism
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
High school education or equivalent required, with a minimum of 1 year of retail experience preferred
Familiarity with computers and data/web searches

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner
Operate the cash register in accordance with policies and procedures
Maintain proper merchandise presentation and a clean work area
Provide excellent customer service and assist with product selection
Stay up-to-date on promotions and advertisements
Embody company culture and values
Give and receive constructive feedback

Other:

Invitation to company benefits program (vision, dental, drug, and medical) after the probationary period concludes
Locations: Durham Region, Greater Toronto Area
Permanent Float position. Home store TBD
Schedule: 10 am to 8 pm, 3 days/week
Compensation: Starting at $17.60/hr
Weekend work required
