Job Overview:

Please note: This is not a salaried or hourly position. Real estate professionals in Ontario are independent contractors licensed under the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).

Responsibilities / Duties:

As a licensed Realtor® (or once licensed), your role will include:

Building and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers, and referral partners.
Guiding clients through every step of the buying and selling process with professionalism and care.
Marketing and promoting listings using Royal LePage’s tools, resources, and brand assets.
Learning proper business strategies through our Compass New Agent Training Program.
Attending office meetings, workshops, and coaching sessions to continually develop your skills.
Managing your business pipeline, client communications, and transaction paperwork with accuracy and organization.
Collaborating with fellow agents and leadership within our supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

* Currently enrolled in or completed the Ontario Real Estate Salesperson program at one of the four RECO-approved providers (Humber Polytechnic, Algonquin College, Fleming College and Career College Group)

* Passionate about helping people and building relationships.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn.

* Must be (or be eligible to become) licensed under RECO in Ontario.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based, self-employed role. At Royal LePage Frank, we provide the structure, training, and mentorship you need to generate income and grow your business.
