Vice President, Business Development & Operations

Lead the next chapter of growth at one of Ontario's established precision manufacturing companies.

Dy-Tech Inc. is a Canadian-owned precision metal fabrication company serving OEMs across industrial, electrical, medical, infrastructure, telecommunications, transportation and emerging technology markets. For nearly 50 years, we have built our reputation on engineering expertise, quality, and exceptional customer service.

We are seeking a senior leader who combines strong business development skills with manufacturing experience to help grow the business while leading day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's growth strategy.
Build relationships with OEMs, engineering firms and strategic accounts.
Generate new business and expand existing customer relationships.
Lead estimating, operations and production teams.
Improve operational efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Mentor and develop employees while building a high-performance culture.
Work closely with ownership to identify new markets and long-term opportunities.
Represent Dy-Tech at customer meetings, trade shows and industry events.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of leadership experience in metal fabrication, contract manufacturing or precision manufacturing.
Strong network within Ontario manufacturing and industrial markets.
Proven success developing new business and winning major accounts.
Solid understanding of fabrication processes including laser cutting, CNC machining, forming, welding and assembly.
Financial and operational management experience.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience selling into markets such as industrial automation, electrical equipment, medical devices, defense, telecommunications, energy, transportation or data centres would be a strong asset.
