Marketing & CRM Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing & CRM Coordinator with hands-on experience in ecommerce, CRM, email marketing, and digital marketing platforms to support the execution of national marketing campaigns, customer retention initiatives, grand openings, and digital marketing efforts across our growing franchise network.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of marketing experience and practical experience working with ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify, as well as CRM and email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Dotdigital, HubSpot, or similar tools. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and is eager to grow into broader digital marketing, retention, and paid media responsibilities.

Position Overview

The Marketing & CRM Coordinator will play a key role in supporting national campaigns, flyer promotions, customer communications, SEO initiatives, and franchise marketing execution. This role will focus heavily on email and SMS marketing, campaign coordination, website upkeep and optimization, SEO support, promotional copywriting, ecommerce support, and marketing operations.

This position also offers growth opportunities into paid media, retention marketing, SEO strategy, and broader digital campaign strategy as the role evolves.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmail & SMS Marketing

Build and execute weekly flyer email campaigns (2x/week) using Dotdigital
Coordinate and deploy grand opening email campaigns
Create customer segments for new store openings and regional targeting
Support SMS marketing campaigns, including setup, scheduling, and reporting
Assist with customer retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting insights

Website & Ecommerce Support

Coordinate new store website setup
Maintain website accuracy including:
Store hours
Contact information
Location details
Promotional updates
Support basic Shopify content and merchandising updates
Assist with website optimization and upkeep

SEO & Digital Marketing Support

Support ongoing SEO initiatives, including:
Website content optimization
Metadata and page updates
Local SEO support for store pages
Keyword research assistance
Collaborate with external web and development partners
Support digital campaign coordination as needed

Campaign & Marketing Operations

Write and proof weekly flyer copy and promotional messaging
Coordinate grand opening marketing materials and execution
Support national marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
Assist with marketing calendar management and scheduling
Coordinate internal content scheduling through SCOOP
Provide execution support for one-off initiatives including events, partnerships, and national campaigns

Franchise & Store Marketing Support

Assist stores with local marketing execution
Coordinate marketing materials and promotional rollouts
Help ensure brand consistency across all locations

Qualifications

1–3 years of marketing experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, CRM, email marketing, or a related field.
Hands-on experience working with ecommerce and CRM/email marketing platforms is required, including experience with Amazon and/or Shopify, as well as Klaviyo, Dotdigital, HubSpot, or a comparable platform.
Experience building and deploying email marketing campaigns, managing customer segments, and supporting CRM or customer retention initiatives.
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website optimization best practices.
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience with Meta Ads or other digital advertising platforms is considered an asset, but not required.
