As a Budtender/Key Holder you will be focused on creating an exceptional customer experience for our clients.

What does the “Day to Day” Look Like?

Engaging with customers to understand their needs
Introducing new Cannabis users to the health benefits of Cannabis
Building a loyal client base by acquiring new customers, developing the business from existing customers and retaining customers through a personalized approach
Ensuring the store is well stocked, clean and professionally merchandised
Keyholder - opening & closing the store
Complying with all health, safety and regulatory policies set out by the Province and Health Canada

What experience do I need?

Strong working knowledge of Cannabis
Successful track record in a retail service/sales environment or hospitality industry
Exceptional confidence in dealing with a wide variety of customers

What are the “must haves”? **Please do not apply if you do not have these key requirements.

Must be 19 years or older
Live in reasonable proximity to our Duncan retail locations
Must be willing to work days, evenings and weekends
Access to reliable transportation
Excellent level of business English
Ability to pass a criminal background check
