Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is essential in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping, and supporting overall administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have experience with various accounting software and possess strong analytical skills to maintain the financial health of our organization. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and professionalism are highly valued.

Duties

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using accounting software QuickBooks
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes
Support budgeting activities by preparing reports and forecasts
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation

Requirements

Proven experience with accounting software QuickBooks
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to analyze financial data accurately and efficiently
Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting is preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Prior experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role is highly desirable

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
