Looking for your next opportunity in the fast-paced and exciting field of automotive manufacturing? Look no further!

Join our team as our newest Production Supervisor on afternoon shift (4pm-12am)

Monday to Friday
Occasional Saturday for overtime supervision

(GMG) has evolved into a leading manufacturer and supplier of metal stampings, assemblies, headrest and armrest inserts, wire form, and other metal components to the automotive industry. Celebrating 60 years as a family-owned company, GMG has 3 plants in Guelph, Ontario. Our sales office is located in Warren, Michigan.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Planning, organizing, and supervising daily scheduled production.
Ensure required supervision documents are completed timely and accurately and that through employees in the work area or areas deemed responsible that all documents are completed accurately.
Monitor and/or control quality and production levels.
Investigate occurrences, timely accident and or investigative reports, first aid reports, and all follow-up in such matters to closure.
100% on the floor supervison

What are we looking for?

Post-Secondary or equivalent work experience
Safety, quality, leadership training
5 or more years in a supervisory or lead hand position
Experience in automotive manufacturing, or assembly is an asset
Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Proven leadership and team-building ability
