Full job description

Be a part of DAO's newest central kitchen! DAO is looking for an experienced Senior Pastry Chef to join our team and help in delivering the absolute best in modern Euro-Asian cuisine created by world class, award winning chefs.

LOCATION : 1930 INNES ROAD

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional pastry experience
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, recipes, and production workflows
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Excellent attention to detail, consistency, and presentation standards
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support daily pastry production for pastries
Prepare, measure, and mix ingredients according to standardized recipes
Operate and oversee baking equipments
Ensure consistent product quality, taste, and presentation standards
Train and guide junior bakers or assistants when needed
Decorate, finish, and package products for display, retail, or catering orders
Maintain strict cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards
Manage ingredient usage, inventory control, and restocking
