Full job description

Join an established team as a Personal Lines Advisor and play a vital role in helping clients protect what matters most. This position offers a supportive and collaborative environment where your expertise can make a meaningful difference in customers' lives, while providing opportunities for growth and professional development.

Compensation

$60,000 – $75,000 base salary depending on experience plus annual performance bonus

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate new insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, managing a moderate call volume, average of 10 calls
Assist clients with coverage options, risk assessments, and premium calculations
Support the team with technical insurance duties related to auto and property policies

Qualifications

Level 1 License from the Alberta Insurance Council (Level 2 preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and browsing web desktops
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to work in a hybrid setting with adequate technical infrastructure
