Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Mobile Locksmith Technician to join our team. This role involves providing on-site locksmith services directly at customer locations, ensuring prompt and professional assistance for lockouts, key replacements, and security system installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in locksmithing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments. This position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations to perform locksmith services, including lockouts, key duplication, lock repairs, and installations
Diagnose security issues and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to client needs
Install, repair, and maintain a variety of locks, safes, and security systems
Provide emergency lockout assistance with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and transported securely
Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all service activities

Skills

Proven experience as a locksmith or in a related security field is preferred
Strong knowledge of lock mechanisms, key cutting, and security systems
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electronic locking devices effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Nice-to-have: familiarity with electronic access control systems or advanced security technology

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
