Cabinet Maker/ Custom Millwork Craftsman

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Day Shift)

At Oakstone Millwork & Design, we don't build production cabinetry—we create custom millwork that transforms homes and commercial spaces. Every project is unique, every detail matters, and craftsmanship is at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker who takes pride in precision, enjoys solving challenges, and believes that "good enough" simply isn't good enough. What you will be doing:

As a Cabinet Maker, you'll be involved in all aspects of custom millwork production, including, but not limited to:

Reading and interpreting shop drawings and production plans
Building custom cabinetry and architectural millwork
Cutting, machining, assembling and finishing cabinet components
Installing hardware, including drawer slides, hinges, organizers and specialty components
Ensuring finished products meet Oakstone's quality standards
Working collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines
Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment
Problem solving and suggesting improvements when challenges arise
Operating woodworking machinery safely and efficiently, including, but not limited to: Table saw, Edge bander, CNC equipment (experience considered an asset), Drill press, Router, Sanders

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have:

4 + years of cabinet making or custom millwork experience
Strong understanding of woodworking techniques
Ability to read shop drawings independently
Experience with laminate, veneer, hardwood and melamine products
Excellent attention to detail
Pride in producing high-quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong organizational and time management skills
Reliable transportation

Bonus Skills

Experience with:

CNC programming or operation
Mozaik
AutoCAD
Installation experience
Commercial Millwork
Solid Surface Fabrication
