Job Title: HVAC & Fabrication Labourer
Location: Guelph, ON
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable HVAC & Fabrication Labourer to join our growing team in Guelph. This is a hands-on role supporting our HVAC, roofing, welding, and fabrication crews with material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and general labour duties.

If you're physically fit, eager to learn, and interested in gaining experience across multiple skilled trades, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, setup, and daily tasks
Load and unload trucks and organize materials in the shop and on job sites
Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as directed
Support multiple divisions based on project requirements
Follow all company health and safety procedures
Complete other general labour duties as assigned

Requirements

Physically capable of performing manual labour throughout the shift
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Comfortable working at heights (training provided)
Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team environment

Assets

Previous construction, manufacturing, or industrial labour experience
Working at Heights certification
Forklift, telehandler, or aerial lift certification
Interest in pursuing a career in the skilled trades
