We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and highly motivated Social Media Coordinator to represent the voice, vibe, and culture of our three Crunch locations—Ancaster, Hamilton East MT, and Upper Centennial.

Your Role:

As the Social Media Coordinator, you’ll bring the Crunch brand to life online—capturing real member moments, highlighting our incredible team, promoting programs and events, and amplifying the personality that makes our clubs stand out. You’ll play a key role in member engagement, brand visibility, and local community growth through strategic content creation and day-to-day platform management.

Job Summary:

Upholding the Crunch Franchise core values of T.R.A.I.N. — Timely, Ready, Attentive, Inspiring, Noble
Creating original, on-brand content that highlights our clubs, training programs, staff, and member successes
Managing all social channels for three locations, ensuring consistent posting, engagement, and responsiveness (Instagram, Facebook & TikTok)
Filming, photographing, and editing content that reflects our #SOFRESHANDSOCLEAN spaces and high-energy atmosphere
Developing content calendars aligned with club promotions, events, and membership goals
Monitoring performance metrics and adjusting content strategies to maximize reach and engagement
Collaborating closely with club managers, member service representatives, personal trainers, and group fitness instructors to capture authentic day-in-the-life moments
Supporting marketing initiatives that contribute to membership growth and community engagement
Staying on top of social trends and applying them in fun, creative, and meaningful ways

Our Ideal Social Media Coordinator:

Highly creative and goal-driven, with a sharp eye for branding and storytelling
Confident, humble, kind—and not afraid to sprinkle in humor and fun
Passionate about health and fitness (bonus points if you already know and love Crunch!)
A natural communicator with a positive, upbeat presence
Punctual, reliable, and organized, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable behind the camera and in front of it when needed
Adept at empathizing with our audience and crafting content that resonates
Excited about continued learning and growth
A collaborative teammate who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced, people-focused environment
Bilingual in French or Spanish is a strong asset

**Please note that this is an in-person position requiring regular on-site attendance. The successful candidate will work across our three facility locations based on a scheduled rotation, with each workday taking place at one designated location.
