Full job description

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Skilled Hardscaper/ Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both landscaping and hardscaping, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating stunning outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement designs, construct, and install various landscape features including patios, pool decks, walkways, armour stone, and retaining walls.
Perform all aspects of landscaping, including site preparation, surveying, leveling, and setting grades and elevations.
Utilize landscaping and masonry skills to build and install a variety of residential landscape designs.
Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment including skid-steers, mini-excavators, grinders and cut off saws, water and table saws.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Masonry and concrete skills are a plus

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience as a landscaper and hardscaper.
Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques and hardscape skills.
Ability to operate landscaping machinery and hardscape tools safely and efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (DZ license a plus).
Experience loading, driving and reversing trailers.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
