Full job description

Murray Chrysler Okotoks - located 10 minutes from Calgary - is looking to add to our team!

We are looking for an experienced Dealership Administrator looking to take the next step in their Career.

Dealership experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Perform account reconciliations and inventory audits for Parts and Sales departments
- Monitor payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
- Work with controller on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dealership Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software & Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time
